Keeping Your New Year’s Resolutions
Did everyone read our blog posts from a few weeks ago about making
New Year’s resolutions? We suggested a few health and critical care insurance
related goals that our clients could try, and now we want to know: are you
still sticking to it?

It seems like most New Year’s resolutions start out strong and
fizzle fast. Want some
tips about how to make this year different? Why not give a couple of these
a try?
- Make your goals realistic
- Plan ahead in keeping up with your targets
- Make a Pro and Con list for your goal
- Talk about your goal with others
- Reward yourself!
- Track your progress
- Make it a routine
- If you fizzle, start over!
That last one is one that many people don’t consider. If your
resolution is already breaking by January of February, make a March resolution!
Try to restore your original vigor, and give it another shot. The second time
around, though, implement some of the other tips on the list to make your goal
more achievable.
And remember, if you set a goal to get yourself better health
insurance, life insurance, or critical
care insurance, it’s never too late! That goal is quick and easy, and could
help in restoring your hope of accomplishing the other goals on your list!
